General terms and conditions

Prices
All prices are per day and person (or per day and apartment). Accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, cleaning once flat has been vacated and all fees and taxes are included in price, except the local tax.

Tourist tax
€2.50 per person per day for guests aged 14 and over.

Reductions
Kinder bis zu ihrem 2. Geburtstag nächtigen kostenlos.

Buchung
Children up to the age of two stay for free.

Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid directly on site at the accommodation. Alternatively, the full amount may be paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

 

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions: 
Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
In case of cancellations by the guest between 90 days and 30 days before the arrival day: 50 % of the agreed total price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 90 % of the agreed total price.
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged. The deposit effected in advance will be charged with the cancellation fee. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner. 

Data Protection
Brondstott, Astrid Ausserdorfer processes and stores your personal data, which are required for conducting activities. This data processing is carried out as part of the European General Data Protection Regulation. The data are handled confidentially and are not passed on to third parties.
